Thursday, March 20th

 Cost: $34.00

(Kit includes: all fabric for top, back, binding, and batting)

**Moda, Riley Blake, etc... type fabrics have been used for this table runner.  If you would like to use your own fabrics, please contact Sharon Fowers for more information and fabric quantities needed.



This runner can be made without sewing the applique pieces on.  If you use the heavy Heat-n-Bond, all you have to do is iron the pieces in place.  Remember that if you do it this way you cannot sew or quilt over the applique pieces.  You can however sew or quilt around them.

If you want to dot he runner this way, please sign up for the "NO SEW APPLIQUE" kit.

If you want to do the blanket stitch or satin stich around the appliqued pieces, the please sign up for the "SEW APPLIQUE" kit.

**For the night of the class, please bring your own sewing machine and accessories and the thread colors of your choice, for piecing and applique work.  Also, you will need to bring your own iron, cutting mat, and tools.

Craft Group 2014

We are back!
Please come join us for Craft Group 2014!

This year our project will be another monthly changeable that is on a wooden candlestick base. Each monthly cutout sits on top of a dowel that runs down through the candlestick.

 

We will have 4 class dates and complete 3 changeables at each class.

Price is $30 for each class which includes 3 months of wood cutouts, paint, stain, sealer, and embellishments.

 

All classes will be from 5:00 - 9:00 pm @ the Grand View LDS Church

 

For each class, we ask that you bring paint brushes and some type of sanding tool/block and sandpaper.

 

All our welcome to come join us for these fun nights out!

 CRAFT GROUP 2013

This year for craft group we will be meeting quarterly to complete this fun, monthly changeable project.

The dates are tentatively set for:

Friday January 11th

All classes will go from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm @ the Grand View LDS Church

There is only one project this year, but there are 2 options in how you can display it.

There is a shelf sitter option and then a picture frame that can be hung or set in a large easel.

The cost for the project is $30.00 each time we meet. 

This will include your 3 months wood cutouts, paint, stain, sealer, embellishments,

& Velcro for attaching to your shelf sitter or frame.

For each class, we ask that you bring paint brushes and some type of sanding tool/block or sanding paper.

EDIBLE CRAFT CLASS - $3.00

Come join the fun and get a year's worth of ideas with the universal NUTTER BUTTER cookie!

This will be a hands on class where you will make each of the decorated cookies to take home!

You will not believe all the ways a NUTTER BUTTER cookie can be transformed!

THE CHRIST BOOK -

This will become a family treasure.  This book has a 10-15 minute lesson to be done every night for 17 days leading up to Christmas.  Each lesson has scriptures, stories, pictures, and songs to sing.  This book is made with 2 primary picture packets from Church Distribution.  You will have many extra pictures leftover to use in your home, and this you'll also have some extra space to add in your families own favorite stories, traditions, testimonies, etc..,
