Planning Ahead....

In August, we will be holding a free "swap meet" of sorts for the ward. We will be collecting:

-Baby items and clothes

-Clothing for all ages

-Small housewares and kitchenware

-Books, games, toys, videos

-Crafting items


PLEASE NO JUNK!

-If you have any large items that you are wanting to get rid of- please bring a written description of the item with contact information (and a picture if possible).



The Relief Society will then organize and then open it up for ward members to come find some awesome free finds!



We will then fulfill needs within our community and then the remainder of items left will be donated to DI.

Third Thursday Play Group

Starting in June we will be starting a play group. Every third Thursday (so this week!) we will be meeting at an announced location for play, lunch, and fun! This month we will be meeting at Carl Miller Park in Mountain Home (on Air Base Rd, across the street from Maverick) from 10:30 am - ??. So pack a lunch, grab the kids/grandkids/neighbor kids or just come join us for some visiting while the kids play.

We hope many can make it, and if not, please mark your calendars for Thursday July 15th and Thursday August 19th....with locations to be announced soon!
